I brought my 2018 Atlas to Coastal VW twice to diagnose a noise that it was making when I turned. Was told it could be the tires, could be the brakes….after the second time, I agreed to new brakes and pads…$ noise that it was making when I turned. Was told it could be the tires, could be the brakes….after the second time, I agreed to new brakes and pads…$1000. That did NOT fix the sound. So I then brought it to a local repair shop and was told it was quite obviously the left front wheel bearing. I then brought it back into Coastal, found out it was under warranty, and had it fixed successfully. I believe that I was not told it was the bearing b/c it was under warranty so I was told it was the brakes so Coastal could make money selling me new brakes More
