We are disappointed to see this review. We’ve had no contact with you in a year, with the exception of a state inspection three weeks ago during which no concerns were raised. Batteries and headlamps are maintenance items and require replacement over time. If there were issues with the vehicle upon delivery a year ago, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them then.
