We took my car in because the Bluetooth call feature would echo my voice to whoever I called. They said the sensor failed. Replaced the sensor. Then the next day, my fiancé called me and the echo co would echo my voice to whoever I called. They said the sensor failed. Replaced the sensor. Then the next day, my fiancé called me and the echo continued to happen whenever I would talk. It’s inconvenient that I have a Bluetooth equipped car yet I need to talk with my phone on speaker because the sensor continues to fail. I have numerous videos showing that the breaks squeak but your technicians “can’t replicate” the issue. How is it that I have video evidence of my breaks squeaking every single day and some how Coastal VW technicians don’t hear it? Not once did my breaks squeak prior to the replacement done by Coastal this year. This will be the 4th or 5th time my car has been in their shop since April. That’s a bit ridiculous for 2023 model. More
