I stopped at Coastal today to see if they could help me get my rear seat to move. This car is a brand new Atlas . I did not buy the car at Coastal but was told any VW dealer would help with car service. The salesman, Johnny Walker, who called me over. He listened to my problem, said he was on a training call and told me to take the car where I bought it!! I think that is a very bad attitude and service. I will avoid Coastal and Johnny Walker in the future! I advise you to do the same! More

The service center was the reason why I knew this was the dealership to purchase a new car from when the time arrived. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and patient. The sales team was able to find me dealership to purchase a new car from when the time arrived. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and patient. The sales team was able to find me a car to purchase, but things are different in a Post-pandemic world. I gave an excellent rating because they did provide me with the exact car I wanted. The interest rate was not factored into my rating. The finance manager did provide me a lower rate when I asked but the rate is still too high. This was not factored into my rating. More

The car was dropped off with almost all warning lights on. The problem was diagnosed as faulty speed sensors. The speed sensors and front wheel bearings were replaced and the warning lights went. The only issue is that now there is a very light squeal that is totally intermittent. I have yet to bring the vehicle back in to determine the cause of the squeal. More
