Worst experience ever buying a new vehicle from Coastal! Stay away from this dealership. They add in additional charges as dealer installed but never reveal or disclose until after signing. Bought a pre owned vehicle from Coastal. It was a pleasant process- everyone I spoke to was very kind and friendly. There was a windshield issue that appeared between test drift and purchase which took a couple weeks to sort out, but Coastal made it right and I am satisfied with the service center’s response. More

The tires have date codes of 2017 and 2018. The old tires were replaced today at no charge to me. I’m more than happy with the level of service that was provided by the dealership after they became aware of my situation.
