I purchased a new 2019 Golf R and have been having it serviced at Coastal since new. Whenever I am there I always "catch up" with John Wyman and Chris Ryan who I dealt with in 2019. They are always very serviced at Coastal since new. Whenever I am there I always "catch up" with John Wyman and Chris Ryan who I dealt with in 2019. They are always very personal and professional. I had since met Johnny Walker at my service last year. This month I was at the dealership for an oil change when I started talking with John and next thing I know I am purchasing a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas, Peak Edition. Johnny was my sales associate and Joe assisted as well. The Atlas checked off all of my boxes that I have been wanting and Coastal staff made it easy to make the move. I am always impressed that Coastal keeps its staff, it must be because they are treated well. I would highly recommend Coastal Volkswagen sales and service. More

I use to love this place until I had to spend $2200 on fixing the same check engine light issues with the exact same parts only 11 months apart. It wasn’t covered on the warranty of repair work and as a l fixing the same check engine light issues with the exact same parts only 11 months apart. Makes you wonder if it’s a VW money making scam. A friend of mine with the same VW had the exact same issue. More
