I love that they have worked on the tdi for 10 years now. . mostly no issues, when they have arrived they get it covered under warranty when eligible. I tell Ryan Getzinger I want to drive this car until 500,000 miles , that's the goal...Tim, well it comes naturally to him to be kind, if he doesn't have an answer he gets back to you as soon as he can. I know I've taken longer than I should with him...eek, he is still patient and kind with me. I think he is a polite young man. Tim remembers and goes above and beyond to make things right. I usually have Bruce and Tim most recently, they may be the only ones there I am not sure. I pretty much make sure that when I call with an issue as there has been at least one on going issue, that has been repaired at least 2 times and has been responsible for many trips to the shop. Annnnd Bruce sounds like Ryan and vice, verse so I am not positive always whom I am speaking with on the phone..... lol Overall, I haven't let anyone else touch my vehicle and hopefully I don't have to....prayers for a very long life with this car, we love it and literally have conversations on which vehicle to get if God forbid we need to replace it ever and come up empty every time!!! Sad they stopped them in the USA!!! More
