DONT EVER GO HERE. Customer service is terrible. Before going in to the dealership to look for a new car I called. The person on the other end could not have been less interested and couldn't get me off th going in to the dealership to look for a new car I called. The person on the other end could not have been less interested and couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. I went in anyway hoping the service would be better in person. Boy was I wrong. I worked with a sales guy who knew absolutely nothing about volks wagens, test drove a car and was sent home to retrieve my current car to get appraised. When I returned I was told by the sales guy the manger couldn't be bothered to appraise my car or write up the numbers for the car i was looking at. Unless you enjoy wasting your time and talking to rude, arrogant, and unknowledgeable people go the extra distance another VW dealership. oh and ladies don't even bother setting foot here they will treat you like a joke. More
