I was looking for something specific and even though they didn't have it on the lot, Sean worked to find it and then follow up with me the next day to let me know and make sure I had all the information I needed to make my decision. The financial team, Courtney and Corinne, were great making the paperwork as streamlined as possible, and working to speed up the process. I came in at a busy, end of month, time, and they were all patient and accommodating. Adrianne was helpful with all of the details while I worked out the purchase and then showing me the features before I took the car. I got a great deal and have a great car and would definitely recommend the group to anyone looking for a VW. More

I went to Coastal VW in Hanover to buy my first car. Dwight helped me find the exact car that I wanted and was very helpful and informative. I originally started looking for a cc in brockton - the dealership was ok but phone calls were never returned, after deciding to stop by coastal in hanover things changed. Dwight was extremely helpful...let us take this car out for a test drive, all along telling us everything about this car...from front to rear.. he was very informative... after selling us on this Volkswagon, we continued on to speak with Sean Calles--- Sean worked with us to make an affordable deal and got us a great price on our trade... we left a deposit that night with hopes to pick up this car within a day or two as our exact car was coming from out of state - well, one day later Dwight called and said it was ready for pick up... he himself drove to pick up our new car... My car is 1 week old today and I absolutely love it.. would recommend this dealership to my friends and family, in particular Dwight and Sean -- they are both very friendly, helpful and informative -- I had a follow up phone call from Dwight making sure we were happy with our new purchase.... again, I would return here when we are ready to purchase another vehicle...!!!! After searching online for an affordable, efficient vehicle on the smaller side that we could use both for everyday and that would work when bringing my daughter to college in Montreal with a standard vehicle on the smaller side that we could use both for everyday and that would work when bringing my daughter to college in Montreal with a standard footlocker, I found a Tiguan at this dealership. Not only was it a GREAT deal (~18000 for a gently used 2011 model with only 16500 miles on it, when the norm for this car was ~23000 and had MANY more miles on them), but when I called to make sure someone had not bought it, they held it for me until I was able to make it there since I was about 1 hour away. Despite the fact that they closed at 6 and we showed up around 5:20, they were happy to stay longer to show us the car, even let us test drive it, on the highway and everything. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, not putting any pressure on us to purchase the car, but simply informing us of all the features and the benefits of buying the car. Later, when signing the papers, the extra protection and warrenty options were just that - optional. The staff did not push us buy the extras, but let us decide as a family. During the test drive , the salesman, Dwight, also allowed my daughter to ride in the passenger seat so as to get a better feel for the car, rather than sitting htere for the test drive and accosting me with the car's features and reasons as to why I would buy the car. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience with this dealership and its personel and of course the product itself. Later, after returning home and checking the complementary CarFax report, we realized that the car had only been put up for sale by the dealership the day before! How fortunate we were to find such a perfect car - the right size, a great price for what it is, with such a low mileage - before it was snached up! A great experience after all is said and done, and I expect to have this VW for as long as possible (~forever) and that this will be the perfect car, just what we were looking for! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in reliable, long-lasting, efficient, generally awesome driving machines! More
