I dropped my car off at 9a and didn't revive a call back about anything until after 4p - too late to pick it up. When I did receive a call, the problem was still not solved. He was going to try to 'balance about anything until after 4p - too late to pick it up. When I did receive a call, the problem was still not solved. He was going to try to 'balance the tires' in the morning and call me back. I heard nothing. I called at 1p and said I need my car back. My car and Justin/Joshua were MIA. At 2:30p I got a call that the problem 'seems to be better' and I could pick up the car. I was charged $55 at pick up. The problem is unchanged, and remained unresolved. More
