Total lack of communication I dropped my car off for service at night and thought I'd get a call in the morning (like I always have at other dealers) but never did. I called to f I dropped my car off for service at night and thought I'd get a call in the morning (like I always have at other dealers) but never did. I called to follow up on the status at 1pm only to have the phone ring for 5 minutes before I gave up. When I called again I ended up with the voicemail of the service advisor who never returned my call. At 3pm I called again and told the person answering the phone that I hadn't heard from anyone so she was able to track down service and tell me my car would be ready for pickup that night. When I picked up the service advisor told me the check engine light might come back on and if it does it's related to a recall and he'd have to order a part. The next day the light came back on. Why not just order the part right then since the light was going to come back on?! Now I have to find another time to bring it in for service. I'm thinking of going totally out of my way up to Braintree since I'm so unimpressed with my first experience at Coastal. More

Great Experience Coastal was such a pleasant experience for me and my mom. We got to test drive multiple cars with no problem--all in great condition too! They were no Coastal was such a pleasant experience for me and my mom. We got to test drive multiple cars with no problem--all in great condition too! They were not too pushy and simply just showed us our options rather than forcing a sale down our throat. They seemed to want to actually help rather than just make commission. When it came to financing they did all the work for me and all I had to do was sign the papers and it was all set. I'm able to get my car after 3 days which is nice and quick. 10/10 would recommend! More

Bad service. I arrived at the scheduled time, was told the service would take 45 minutes, and when I came back 90 minutes later they had not even started working o I arrived at the scheduled time, was told the service would take 45 minutes, and when I came back 90 minutes later they had not even started working on my car.
