Very knowledgeable, very personable sales people. The only complaint I had was that I bought a fully electric car but was sent home without mention that a connector cable did not come with the car. When I went back I was told itheyhad been forgotten to mention it but I could buy one for $350. Thankfully I had a connector cable for my Prius which I traded in. I think it is wrong that be does not supply it's standard ID.4 with connector cable. More
