Fraud Brought car in March 2018 and it needed brakes and a few small things. Picked up car and paid $500 cash and $97 credit card and got my receipt. Notice Brought car in March 2018 and it needed brakes and a few small things. Picked up car and paid $500 cash and $97 credit card and got my receipt. Noticed paperwork said front brakes done when they said back brakes were to be done. I questioned Tony on this but he was adamant front brakes were done. Unknown to me after I left Tony in service manipulated paperwork and took off all the brake work I had done and took the $500 dollars cash. Four months later front brakes making noise so car was brought to local mechanic who did the front brakes. I said we just had those done. Called coastal nissan spoke to George the service manger who looked into it. He said I never had brakes done there and I said yes I did I am staring at the paperwork. He is the one that confirmed paperwork manipulated, work I had done removed from system and money taken. also Back brakes were actually done. Well that's what they tell me. Owners are aware of this situation as they were notified while they were on vacation. Tony still works there and coastal keeps sending me emails saying my car needs service. No thanks. More
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER Contacted Coastal Nissan's service department to check over a used car prior to being purchased from an outside dealer. They told me the price was $129 for this service. After being overcharged for the service at $141.34 - was told the extra $11.61 was for "shop supplies", they gave the truck a rating of "excellent condition". Two days later I went for an inspection sticker and it Failed for a SAFETY CONCERN. I called the dealership three times and left messages for the GM as the service manager was out. Steve Delaney was not willing to refund the $141.34 and instead asked for me to bring the truck in yet again to be "rechecked". Not good enough for me. ****************WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE OR SALES AND THE GM IS RUDE AND INDIGNANT************** THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! More

That was before I went to coastal Nissan and worked with Tony in service. He made sure I knew what the issue was, The expense to fix it and the time it would take to fix it. I felt very taken care of and I highly recommend going to Coastal and working with Tony. He was awesome! More

Favorite Dealership We have been purchasing/leasing our cars at Coastal Nissan for the past 15 years or so and have no intentions of ever changing to any other dealership We have been purchasing/leasing our cars at Coastal Nissan for the past 15 years or so and have no intentions of ever changing to any other dealership. We tend to turn our cars in every few years and have always received the utmost professional help and best deals and have never been disappointed in the servicing of any vehicle. We have worked primarily with Tom DiPesa and we couldn't receive better service. Since our first car purchase, Tommy has always been there to help us in any area (which he recently showed us once again). We believe that Tom and Coastal go the extra mile and provide the extra something that keeps us coming back to them. Great job!! More
Poor Service and Lack of care after purchasing vehicle Disappointed with both the sales and the service department. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I didn't know until the next day when I went to use my Navi Disappointed with both the sales and the service department. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I didn't know until the next day when I went to use my Navigation that it did not work from the factory. Also I thought it was odd but my steering wheel was not straight when driving straight. Coastal Nissan is out of my way but I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and have them fix it a 2 weeks later when I had a chance on a Saturday to repair the Nav. I made an appointment and was there for 3 hours for them to tell me it needed a new Radio. They had to order they told me and they would call when it came in. They said it usually takes a week to come in. Well I am busy as heck and five weeks later I call and they said let me check. I was put on hold, and they said oh that just came in last night. Bring it in and they will swap it out. I said can you squeeze me in today. I said I have an appointment in an hour. They said you should really leave it with us for a half of day or full day. I said I cannot give up the work truck for a day plus they were over an hour from my home. I asked because of the situation that it was broken from day one and this was not checked for the vechicle prep , can they try to help me out and get it done within an hour. He said they couldn't. I emailed my sales rep (Commercial sales manager) the following, and never heard back. "Sent 9/19/16 - 12:28pm - Hi Bill. I have had nothing but bad luck with your service department. The navigation has not worked since day one. It does not show your correct location. I made an appointment over a month ago and sat there for 3 hours on a Saturday. It has been 5 weeks. No one called me to say the part was in. I had to call. I asked how long it would take and they are telling me two hours. It is tough for me to give up the van for 2 hours during normal hours. I do not see why it would take 2 hours to swap the radio out. The problem has been already diagnosed. I do like the Nissan vans and plan on buying them for future fleet trucks but not sure if I like the way Coastal has treated me. I just wanted to pass this feedback on to you since you were my point of contact. " Well a couple weeks went by and we were swamped so I could not bring the vehicle in because we were working 70 hour weeks. I schedule an appointment for this Saturday. I called to confirm they could get the radio done along with the vehicles first 5000 mile warranty. Yes, I went 5000 miles with a brand new vehicle that had Nav that was useless. They said oh we returned that part because it had to be done within 30 days. I was very upset. Still have not heard back from any manager or sales rep. I ended up going to Nissan Villiage this weekend for the oil change. The service rep Kevin was extremely helpful. They took care of the oil change and rotated the tires. He said to me, when rotating your tires we noticed your alignment was way off. I said I thought it was off, and odd the wheel would be turned way to the right when driving straight. He said it was off about 20% on both sides. They fixed it under warranty and diagnosed on their own. Why is it Coastal had the van for 3 hours and didn't notice it? And Nissan Villiage fixed the Nav with an update without ordering and changing the radio out. I was very impressed with Nissan Village and will no longer take my fleet vehicles or new vehicle purchases to Coastal Nissan. We own 6 vehicles and purchase vehicles every year. More
Unimpressed I recently moved and didn't want to make the long drive to my dealership(Balise Nissan cape cod). I decided I'd give coastal a try. I was having an oil change, and my drivers heat/cool seat wasn't working. I'm brand new too this dealership I had few questions. Those questions were answered with ah jeez I don't know and im not sure. Questions were about the one one rewards program. I was told he would inquire and come find me. Ok great thanks, never came to find me with answers, nor to update me. I was here for 2hrs! After the first hour I got up and looked out the window that views service area saw my car made note of time. I noticed the guys near my lift moving my car, I waited 20 mins. Then I sought out service department, response was oh I was just coming to get you. I know things take awhile but was it too much to update me in the 2 hrs, plus extra 20mins my car sat done! I really appreciated sitting here! Now it's 4/28 I'm back for the part to fix the seats. I asked when making appointment how long a job. Oh it's easy about hour. Ok great, I got here 1145 I'm currently still sitting here as I write this review 210p Again no ones come to update me, I go in search of service department. They inform me it wasn't what they thought at first. I needed another part, that's great you found the cause, but again some communication would have been nice. Especially when I entered into almost 2 hrs of being here. I'm sorry I guess I'm spoiled by my dealership(Balise Nissan) I won't be coming back here again. The service people were pleasant, but I feel communication could be worked on. More
