Typical dealership service. Leased an Armada from them and pre-purchased the oil changes and tire rotation package. After only 18K miles all 4 tires need to be replaced. I was told by the garage that fa and pre-purchased the oil changes and tire rotation package. After only 18K miles all 4 tires need to be replaced. I was told by the garage that failed my inspection sticker the tires weren't rotated. When I brought this to Coastal's attention they put blame on the car needing an alignment. The car was brought in for service at 5K and 11K and no recommendation from them that an alignment was needed. They then proceeded to show me a print out on how bad the alignment was and refused to even match Townfair Tires price for 2 new tires and an alignment. Since I had a failed inspection I brought the car to Townfair for new tires and an alignment. There I was informed I needed 4 new tires not just 2. Since I have young kids I went ahead and replaced all 4 tires. After the service was complete I asked if the wear on the tires was from the alignment being off, it was then I was informed that the alignment wasn't far off and shouldn't have had any effect on the tires fast wear. Not only has Coastal denied any negligence but showed me a false alignment report. Needless to say I won't be going back for the remainder of my services appointments and certainly won't be purchasing or leasing a car here ever again. More
Diligence A good team ! Worked through a tough diagnosis. Heating system for some reason went on the fritz. It was blowing and the air would not heat up. 50K mi A good team ! Worked through a tough diagnosis. Heating system for some reason went on the fritz. It was blowing and the air would not heat up. 50K mileage stuff happens. These guys put the man Palelei on the job. Confirmed controls unresponsive and new control assemblies order for conditioner and navigation. Have to love technology and how these components intertwine. Long lead time from factory parts. These guys set us up in a great loaner and followed up. December 11th to January 4th they persisted and kept me informed as I came to pick up the vehicle. The diagnosis was correct yet a symptom remained. They brought me right back and reviewed and suggested another go at the issue. Sure enough a core had let go and they moved to bring one in from factory parts. I know these guys are good stuff happens and Palelei wanted back at it. Expediting the core and keep us in the same loaner they resolved the issue. Did I mention these guys even cleaned the roof drains and AC drains. Someone went overboard and detailed the car. Thanks, we are confident they will persist with diligence and expect nothing less More

Fraud Brought car in March 2018 and it needed brakes and a few small things. Picked up car and paid $500 cash and $97 credit card and got my receipt. Noticed paperwork said front brakes done when they said back brakes were to be done. I questioned Tony on this but he was adamant front brakes were done. Unknown to me after I left Tony in service manipulated paperwork and took off all the brake work I had done and took the $500 dollars cash. Four months later front brakes making noise so car was brought to local mechanic who did the front brakes. I said we just had those done. Called coastal nissan spoke to George the service manger who looked into it. He said I never had brakes done there and I said yes I did I am staring at the paperwork. He is the one that confirmed paperwork manipulated, work I had done removed from system and money taken. also Back brakes were actually done. Well that's what they tell me. Owners are aware of this situation as they were notified while they were on vacation. Tony still works there and coastal keeps sending me emails saying my car needs service. No thanks. More
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER Contacted Coastal Nissan's service department to check over a used car prior to being purchased from an outside dealer. They told me the price was $129 for this service. After being overcharged for the service at $141.34 - was told the extra $11.61 was for "shop supplies", they gave the truck a rating of "excellent condition". Two days later I went for an inspection sticker and it Failed for a SAFETY CONCERN. I called the dealership three times and left messages for the GM as the service manager was out. Steve Delaney was not willing to refund the $141.34 and instead asked for me to bring the truck in yet again to be "rechecked". Not good enough for me. ****************WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE OR SALES AND THE GM IS RUDE AND INDIGNANT************** THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! More

That was before I went to coastal Nissan and worked with Tony in service. He made sure I knew what the issue was, The expense to fix it and the time it would take to fix it. I felt very taken care of and I highly recommend going to Coastal and working with Tony. He was awesome! More
