Went in for my 1st Service Maintenance with them for my 2023 vehicle which entailed oil change/filters and rotation of the tires, which I paid for (as I had an oil change on them for my leased vehicle). A week later following the maintenance I went to check my tires out of curiosity to see if they were indeed changed, and was genuinely surprised that they were not rotated, considering it took over two and a half hours for the oil change/filter/“tire rotation” and 2 minor interior concerns I’ve been having with my car. Sent an email to Tim Root the service manager a day after he sent a follow up email asking if everything was completed. Sad to say it wasn’t and they still charged me for it. Still awaiting a response email back, if not, will be calling the service department to find a solution to this unnecessary problem. - UPDATE: Service manager Tim Root called me to resolve this situation and rotation of tires was done and corrected on the same day by them. More
