I found Coastal Nissan thru the car buying service offered by my insurance. Although they are about an hour from my home, I decided to visit the dealership. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales staff, managers and business people. They listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle and found it for me. They resolved any issues I had. I was particularly impressed that they placed a follow up call to see that all was OK and remind me of the appointment to get my new car inspected. Ben made my experience at Coastal Nissan much more enjoyable than any experience I had had at other car dealerships over the previous 9 months. He treated me like an educated consumer, not like a lit enjoyable than any experience I had had at other car dealerships over the previous 9 months. He treated me like an educated consumer, not like a little girl. He also didn't try to sell me on features that he knew I wasn't interested in. He did, however, work hard to get me the price I wanted on the used Pathfinder that I bought. I never thought I would buy an SUV the first time I drove it, but my experience at Coastal Nissan was too easy! I'm very happy to have bought a Pathfinder, after driving another Pathfinder for almost 7 years. So far the SUV is running great. I have no complaints. And I am confident that if I have a question about my truck I can call or e-mail Ben any time. Everyone at the dealership was fair and easy to work with. My husband also had a good experience when it came time to work out financing. I'd definitely send someone interested in a new or used Nissan to Coastal Nissan. More
My whole experience at Coastal Nissan was more than I expected. The salesman, Joe Monk was great. I never felt like I was talking to a 'salesman', I felt as if he was genuinely interested in what exactly I was looking for and really listened to what I was saying. There weren't any surprises during the process, and I never felt like I was getting cheated out of anything. My whole experience, from when I first checked out the website until I walked out with the keys to my new car was superb. I would undoubtedly recommend Coastal Nissan to anyone looking for a new car. This is our second new car purchase we have ever made. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted but we did have a budget. Eben went over ALL our options with us...very patiently and was sure to keep the ball in our court with our satisfaction and budget his number one priority. We never felt pressured or sales pitched in any way! It was like we were sitting down 'talking' cars with a friend. Eben was very knowledgeable about the various cars we test drove. Coastal Nissan is almost 100 miles from our home (90+ miles ONE WAY)...an hour and a half car ride...this is a testament to the impeccable experience had at Coastal Nissan...that we made this trip and we would make it again! The process was pretty simple...I knew what I wanted, they had it and there wasn't a lot of "funny stuff" in the middle. They were friendly and helpful. Wow. What a great experience I had at Costal Nissan. I was in the market for a rare Nissan Juke SL AWD in Gun Metallic. The Nissan website indicated that Costal had one so I called and made an appointment was in the market for a rare Nissan Juke SL AWD in Gun Metallic. The Nissan website indicated that Costal had one so I called and made an appointment. I worked with Ben Webber. The Juke was en route and Ben was confident that it was arriving in the next week. What clinched the deal for me was that Ben offered a loaner car until the Juke came in. WOW! No other Nissan dealer (I was working with 5 others to find a Juke) was as professional and helpful as Costal and Ben. As Ben said, the Juke came in the next week and I took delivery. Mike the manager was also helpful. The only negative comment I have is the high-pressure sales tactics of the business manager (I think his name was Sean) when I signed the paperwork. I made it clear that all I wanted to buy was the car but he was VERY aggressive about the extended warranty and Simoniz GlassCoat. No big deal. Just watch out when you go in to pay for the car. I love my Juke SL. Great car and a great buying experience. More
In our search for a used car, we came across two types of salespeople. The first was the young cheap suit wearing, winking, "I'll just go check with my manager" type. The second was the career salesman who felt it was his job to convince the purchaser that we should be thanking him for paying too much. After finally purchasing our car at Coastal Nissan I see there is a third type of salesman: Ben Webber. Ben not only treated us as though we were fellow human beings (which I would not say about all of the other salesmen we met recently), he was also fair, easygoing and knowledgeable. The manager at Coastal also introduced himself briefly and seemed very personable. The car is great and I feel the price was fair and less expensive compared to the other dealerships we looked at.I will definitely recommend Coastal Nissan to my friends. More

From the time I began looking at the dealerships website, I received 2-3 emails daily, sometimes up to 5. The emails even continued (though less of them, 1-2 per day) after asking them to refrain from emailing me. The emails were so annoying that we considered not going to Coastal Nissan. More
