I would definitely go back to Coastal Nissan to purchase another vehicle. My wife and I had not purchased a new car since 1988 and we weren’t looking forward to the “hassle” of price haggling on this one. O another vehicle. Our sales persons name is Brian Sullivan and he did an excellent job. He seemed to understand that we wanted to shop at at least one more dealership and so did Esan the floor manager.(I’m not saying they liked it but I think they understood it) Even though they gave a very aggressive price we had promised a family member that we would go to a person that they had just recently bought a car from. That visit turned out to be a waste of time because they could not come close to the price for the car that Coastal gave us. So we went back to Coastal thinking they would come up with some excuse for not being able to give us the car for that price but that did not happen. We actually drove away that afternoon with a new car for a price that we wanted to pay. I would have to say that the people we dealt with at Coastal were professional, courteous and understanding. If I had to do it all over again, I would not shop around. I would do a little more internet research and only go to one dealership (in the future, Coastal) and see if they could give me the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I think gone are the days of dealer shopping for the same type of car. Coastal by far exceeded my expectations. Found Tom DiPesa & Coastal comfortable & not intimidating. Hate going to dealerships and would have walked if greeted with a too aggressive sales person. That's annoying. I was astounded when John agreed to drive my new car to where I was in RI, get the transfer plates, register my new car, t great price they offered.
