Stopped in on a Sunday, just looking to test drive an '09 Altima. Jeff approached us as soon as we walked into the showroom and he was beyond helpful from the get-go. This is my second car that I have obtained from Coastal Nissan in the past five years. I originally got a new Pathfinder for my daughter and wanted to return this time and get a new Nissan sedan for mysel Nissan in the past five years. I originally got a new Pathfinder for my daughter and wanted to return this time and get a new Nissan sedan for myself. I am very impressed by Nissan quality, performance and reliability. So now I wanted to focus on a sedan. However, I had done my homework. I have had a number of very well equipped higher end vehicles. I researched a new Toyota/Avalon as I have had 3 Camry V6 XLEs and was very impressed with Toyota Quality and wanted to step up a notch. I also looked at a new Honda, as I have had 2 Accord EXL V6s and they we very reliable cars. And I also looked at the new sporty VW/CC V6 as a new entry and a big step up in a luxury vehicle for VW. All three are very nice cars. However I was struck by the sporty nature of the Maxima, coupled with the classy looks and all the design features on the highest end model. So my choices were defined, and I decided to go to Coastal Nissan to view the models, drive a car, and get some hands on time in the dealership. I had done my research on all the other three vehicle choices and walked in the dealership with a good idea of what I wanted to know about the Maxima and compare that to the other potential choices. I decided to see what the salesman had to say about the car, interact with him, and see if/why I should choose to get the Maxima over the other vehicles. That's when I had the very good fortune to meet my sales person, Chris Wright. What a great guy. He was a very bright and displayed a depth of knowedge about Nissan cars that was very impressive. It was clear he was a highly qualified/competent sales professional. I know a good sales guy when I meet them--because that's exactly what I am--I have been in Sales/Marketing for close to 40 years. I am selling advanced Defense Electronics to the Military. And I am an Electrical engineer (two degrees)and am very technically savvy. So I understand technology, engineering, and cars. I was prepared to get a full briefing and deeper understanding of features and benefits of the Maxima from the Nissan Sales person. Chris was able not only to answer all my questions, but provided something far more valuable to me--insight into how the various attributes of the car would satisfy the needs that I expressed as a customer. That's a unique trait for a salesman. He was a good listener and was able to translate my needs into the right vehicle for me. He went out of his way to help me, explain things, assist in my trade offs--so I can make the right choices for my vehicle. He was patient with me as I asked my complex questions, and offered the right guidance to me. He went far beyond my expectations of what I would have anticipated from the salesperson. Quite frankly, it was his professional demeanor, his product knowledge and his personal sales skills that lead me to the right decision to choose a vehicle from Coastal Nissan. He is solid.. I obtained the right car for me, the most loaded(expensive) and well equipped Maxima that Nissan offered. And was given a very good deal by the Chris. Mission Accomplished. I was dissapointed going to another Nissan dealer they wanted to charge me 99.00 to install a gas cap I walked out. I went to Coastal Nissan and bought the part and when paying for the cap I spoke to Butc wanted to charge me 99.00 to install a gas cap I walked out. I went to Coastal Nissan and bought the part and when paying for the cap I spoke to Butch who was cashing me out he said drive it in and he would see what he could do after 5 mins in the service drive Butch had installed it and I was on my way Thanks to him no more Quirk only Coastal from now on.Thanks More
I was looking for a new car in my price range I explained exactly what I wanted and they got right to it. Val showed me the car and took me for a test drive he explained all the cars attributes and wasnt pus exactly what I wanted and they got right to it. Sean took care of running the numbers to come up with a workable agreement for me, And Ron the finance manager made it all happen with the best deal I could have hoped for. My experience with Coastal Nissan was the best I'm so happy that I decided to go there they were great. I also want to add it was done very quickly and I came late in the day on a Saturday but they were all willing to stay alittle longer to make my purchase happen. I am a repeat customer of Coastal Nissan and wanted to share my most recent experience with two very professional team members at the dealership (Ron Singer & Nate Billings). I am sure the readers of this review can relate to the level of excitement one gets when they are about to enter a dealership to purchase a new vehicle (kidding, I dont know anyone who looks forward to this). I literally had two days to return my existing lease and get into something new. I spoke with Ron before I came in an told him my situation. Ron heads up financing at Coastal and said come right in and see me. I will make it simple and take care of you. I literally was thinking wow, do I really have a car dealership. When I got to the dealership Ron welcomed me into his office and introduced me to Nate Billings from the sales team. Ron basically repeated the same thing he said on the phone. We are going to make this simple and take care of you. This is exactly what the two of theme did. We looked at a few options of cars, finally selected the model I wanted and they went to work for me. I have to leave to get back to the office for a few hours and they were totally fine with that. Have you ever had a car dealer actually suggest you leave the dealership? Ron told me to come back in a few hours which I did. As I pulled in a saw the car we talked about all cleaned up sitting over on the side, which clearly I thought was for someone else. As I walked into Ron's office he and Nate said your allset and the vehicle is yours to drive away. I said TODAY...NOW? Anyways, I could go on forever, but hopefully this is helpful to you. This was simple, they took care of me and I left the dealership with a brand new car at a price I felt good about. Ron and Nate. THANK YOU! More
My experience at Coastal Nissan was awesome. I was not originally in the market for a new car but my previous car was having some major mechanical issues and I ended up selling it for parts. I'm only 24 and I'll admit i don't have the best credit but Ron Singer in the financial department went above and beyond to get me to a monthly payment that is more then workable on the car of my dreams! I am very satisfied with everything the dealership has done for me and will be going back for service as long as I need to. Everyone at Coastal Nissan provided excellent customer service and was very accomodating to my needs! I'm more then happy to reccommend this dealership! More
