BEWARE THEY TAMPER WITH YOUR CAR DURING SERVICE MAINTENANCE Every time I take my car for an oil change a new problem occurs in the way it drives, most of the time a new light will come on to let me know somethi Every time I take my car for an oil change a new problem occurs in the way it drives, most of the time a new light will come on to let me know something in my car is broken (unaligned once, tires tampered with another time and the third time they messed with my transmission and I literally broke down on the side of the road) this is a car that's under 35k miles by the way and I bought it brand new, they also tried to dodge giving me my car title after I paid off my car with the remaining 10k I owed, the next few days they deleted my online account when I tried to sign in it didn't work, very sketchy, after calling they informed me they had no information for me or a car that was bought... ok nissan.. ok nissan.. after calling and battling them for months upon months, 5 months later they agreed to send my title, only because one out of at least 15 customer service reps PUSHED for this to happen. Not surprising a month later they begin tampering with my car and breaking things on it, the transmission failed and I spoke to corporate who said since its under 35k so it's under warranty... funny as soon as I bring it in they claim it's a different problem a part they need to order and it'll be $300.. mind you, me and the tow truck guy BOTH knowing cars BOTH knew it was the transmission and told them that, so after they get the part in miraculously that SAME 3 DAYS LATER they notice it's the transmission indeed and not that part that was the problem, funny funny you know the warranty supported transmission, no way! lets tack on some random $300 repair to make our money somewhere! Yup, so after we pay them and they supposedly fix all these problems, and "test drive" the car to confirm it, virtually I get my car home and it has the EXACT SAME PROBLEM I BROUGHT IT IN FOR.. it's jerking and on the verge of breaking down.. AND YOU KNOW WHAT THEY DID FOR ME WHEN I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT IT?.. WAIT FOR IT... The guy on the other first questioned why I didn't pick my car up myself, I'm not sure if he knows the concept of 9-5's and driving in traffic but I have one and they close at 5.. so when I answer he then acts like he doesn't know who I am, even though he just identified my car/problem/and that I didn't pick it up personally.. mid-way of me informing him about the situation this guy HANGS UP THE PHONE... literally.. HANGS UP THE PHONE because I'm calling him about a car I paid $18k+ for and broke down after 35k miles and they pretended to fix but didn't.. I'll just leave that there. More

Greedy I am the stereotypical went there alone got taken advantage of girl, thought I reaserched everything I needed to know, only paid attention to the good I am the stereotypical went there alone got taken advantage of girl, thought I reaserched everything I needed to know, only paid attention to the good reviews and went on my merry way because the car there was the perfect price and seemed well maintained. Welp, they are just out for a buck and to get as much as they can out of you. Bring a calculator because it wasn't until I brought home the contract I realized they charged me a grand more than the listing price, contract included a $300 paperwork fee but they charged me an extra $40 on state title registration than the DMV actually charged me. They also gave me a 6 year loan telling me it was the only way to fit the monthly payment in my budget which was completely untrue, my car before that had cost the same exact amount and I had a higher intrest rate 5year loan. I got a service contract I paid over 2 grand for and the contract they sent to me told me I was only covered for only another 20,000 miles when I called Allstate they said only the dealership could fix that when I called the dealership they said they would square it away and add an extra 2,000miles of coverage making it 100,000miles covered all together. THIS WAS MONTHS AGO. Heard from them once 2 months ago where I responded that I still hadn't received the new contract in which Nick replied he would get right on it. Emailed Allstate today. They have no idea what I'm even talking about and was told to contact my dealership...who I've sent 3 emails to two different people over the last 2 weeks with no response. These people are sketchy and I went against my instincts because I needed a car asap they even straight up refused to fix things I had issues with. Keep looking you deserve better from people who you spend that much money with More

Favorite Dealership We have been purchasing/leasing our cars at Coastal Nissan for the past 15 years or so and have no intentions of ever changing to any other dealership We have been purchasing/leasing our cars at Coastal Nissan for the past 15 years or so and have no intentions of ever changing to any other dealership. We tend to turn our cars in every few years and have always received the utmost professional help and best deals and have never been disappointed in the servicing of any vehicle. We have worked primarily with Tom DiPesa and we couldn't receive better service. Since our first car purchase, Tommy has always been there to help us in any area (which he recently showed us once again). We believe that Tom and Coastal go the extra mile and provide the extra something that keeps us coming back to them. Great job!! More
Poor Service and Lack of care after purchasing vehicle Disappointed with both the sales and the service department. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I didn't know until the next day when I went to use my Navi Disappointed with both the sales and the service department. Upon purchasing my vehicle, I didn't know until the next day when I went to use my Navigation that it did not work from the factory. Also I thought it was odd but my steering wheel was not straight when driving straight. Coastal Nissan is out of my way but I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and have them fix it a 2 weeks later when I had a chance on a Saturday to repair the Nav. I made an appointment and was there for 3 hours for them to tell me it needed a new Radio. They had to order they told me and they would call when it came in. They said it usually takes a week to come in. Well I am busy as heck and five weeks later I call and they said let me check. I was put on hold, and they said oh that just came in last night. Bring it in and they will swap it out. I said can you squeeze me in today. I said I have an appointment in an hour. They said you should really leave it with us for a half of day or full day. I said I cannot give up the work truck for a day plus they were over an hour from my home. I asked because of the situation that it was broken from day one and this was not checked for the vechicle prep , can they try to help me out and get it done within an hour. He said they couldn't. I emailed my sales rep (Commercial sales manager) the following, and never heard back. "Sent 9/19/16 - 12:28pm - Hi Bill. I have had nothing but bad luck with your service department. The navigation has not worked since day one. It does not show your correct location. I made an appointment over a month ago and sat there for 3 hours on a Saturday. It has been 5 weeks. No one called me to say the part was in. I had to call. I asked how long it would take and they are telling me two hours. It is tough for me to give up the van for 2 hours during normal hours. I do not see why it would take 2 hours to swap the radio out. The problem has been already diagnosed. I do like the Nissan vans and plan on buying them for future fleet trucks but not sure if I like the way Coastal has treated me. I just wanted to pass this feedback on to you since you were my point of contact. " Well a couple weeks went by and we were swamped so I could not bring the vehicle in because we were working 70 hour weeks. I schedule an appointment for this Saturday. I called to confirm they could get the radio done along with the vehicles first 5000 mile warranty. Yes, I went 5000 miles with a brand new vehicle that had Nav that was useless. They said oh we returned that part because it had to be done within 30 days. I was very upset. Still have not heard back from any manager or sales rep. I ended up going to Nissan Villiage this weekend for the oil change. The service rep Kevin was extremely helpful. They took care of the oil change and rotated the tires. He said to me, when rotating your tires we noticed your alignment was way off. I said I thought it was off, and odd the wheel would be turned way to the right when driving straight. He said it was off about 20% on both sides. They fixed it under warranty and diagnosed on their own. Why is it Coastal had the van for 3 hours and didn't notice it? And Nissan Villiage fixed the Nav with an update without ordering and changing the radio out. I was very impressed with Nissan Village and will no longer take my fleet vehicles or new vehicle purchases to Coastal Nissan. We own 6 vehicles and purchase vehicles every year. More
Disappointing I drove down to this dealership and yes, I did end up purchasing a car, but once I've decided to purchase the car, the aftercare was terrible. Yes, until I had a car in my hand, they were helpful. But when the car was ready, first of all, the gas tank was half full. Half full?!?! I went back inside and complained and they took it back and filled it up. After I got home, I realized the 2nd key that they gave me didn't work. I called the dealer and spoke to a business manager, who told me to come back to take a look at the key. I discussed with him how time consuming it is for me to drive there, which would take me 1 1/2 hours round trip just to get the key fixed. He did not back down and I didn't either. So I had to go to the closer dealership the next day to ask them what was wrong. It was only a battery problem. That is such a rookie mistake, again! After all this, the direct person that I was in touch with did not bother to call me even though it was his day off when I picked the car up. Even after talking to the business manager, he didn't call. Then, finally, 5 days later, he called me on Sunday afternoon and I was quite busy and told him I'll call him back and I never did. Did he call me back? No. Did the business manager give him the message about the 2nd key? No. Did they offer to pay me back with fixing the key? No. I did not expect this kind of service from this dealership as it had a high rating on it, but I am very disappointed that this had happened to me. I do not recommend this dealership to my families or friends. More
The best car buying experience I had decided to go to Coastal for my first official car purchase because of the great things I had heard about the staff and the dealership as a whol I had decided to go to Coastal for my first official car purchase because of the great things I had heard about the staff and the dealership as a whole. While the process of buying a car can be very stressful, working with Lance made it as stress free as possible. He was up front about what we could do with the prices and financing the car. As well as helping me through the process and making sure I understood every step that we were taking. At the end of my visit, I walked away having purchased a car that I loved, could afford, and felt comfortable with. Not a single bit of buyers remorse. The car runs well, feels great, and looks phenomenal. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I will absolutely come back for my next car purchase. More
Unimpressed I recently moved and didn't want to make the long drive to my dealership(Balise Nissan cape cod). I decided I'd give coastal a try. I was having an oil change, and my drivers heat/cool seat wasn't working. I'm brand new too this dealership I had few questions. Those questions were answered with ah jeez I don't know and im not sure. Questions were about the one one rewards program. I was told he would inquire and come find me. Ok great thanks, never came to find me with answers, nor to update me. I was here for 2hrs! After the first hour I got up and looked out the window that views service area saw my car made note of time. I noticed the guys near my lift moving my car, I waited 20 mins. Then I sought out service department, response was oh I was just coming to get you. I know things take awhile but was it too much to update me in the 2 hrs, plus extra 20mins my car sat done! I really appreciated sitting here! Now it's 4/28 I'm back for the part to fix the seats. I asked when making appointment how long a job. Oh it's easy about hour. Ok great, I got here 1145 I'm currently still sitting here as I write this review 210p Again no ones come to update me, I go in search of service department. They inform me it wasn't what they thought at first. I needed another part, that's great you found the cause, but again some communication would have been nice. Especially when I entered into almost 2 hrs of being here. I'm sorry I guess I'm spoiled by my dealership(Balise Nissan) I won't be coming back here again. The service people were pleasant, but I feel communication could be worked on. More
