I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Nissan. I went on a Saturday afternoon without my husband and spoke with Tom DiPesa. I had already done alot of research on various automobiles and I liked I went on a Saturday afternoon without my husband and spoke with Tom DiPesa. I had already done alot of research on various automobiles and I liked the Altima. He had me take a test drive in the car. I loved it, but my negotiating skills are not as good as my husband's so I did not want to negotiate that day. Tommy totally understood and said he would come in the following day on his day off. I also told him that I wanted to look at two less expensive Nissan models; however, they were at the other dealership. Tommy had those two cars delivered to Coastal for the following day. The following day I went back with my husband. I told him about the car I test drove that had the extra perks, such as leather seats, sunroof, bluetooth, etc. When we got to the dealership, I did see the two less expensive models in the parking lot, but I really was set on the car I test drove. However, I expected the price to exceed my budget. The "buying" process was quite simple. There was no pressure, gimmicks, or games. Basically, Tommy and Mike worked with us to get us into that car with a price we felt 'good about". They both truly wanted us to get the car we wanted and to remain within the price range we stated. They listened to us and they made it possible that I purchase my new Nissan with all the extras I never imagined I could have. Tom and Mike were so professional and nice. They love the product, but they care very much about the satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
I just leased a new 2013 Altima from Coastal. I had been thinking about getting a newer car for quite some time now but was avoiding it because I didn't want to deal with the whole process. I have had very unpleasant experiences in the past with pushy salespeople and arrogant business managers at other dealerships. I decided to go to Coastal because it was close to where I live and I thought I would give it a try. I am so happy with my decision and I love my new car. My salesgirl Maddy was so helpfull and did not make me feel pressured at all. Maddy helped put me in a car with all the options I wanted. My experience with the negotiating went great. It wasn't the typical back and forth. Mike Shea was the manager that I dealt with and he was very accomodating in keeping my payments at what I wanted. I just picked up my new car yesterday and I am already so happy with it! Thanks Maddy! More
I brought my Pathfinder to a local shop and they told me I needed a new radiator and quoted me over 1000.00 I called coastal spoke with Butch and he etold me they are way out of the park on pricing and get I needed a new radiator and quoted me over 1000.00 I called coastal spoke with Butch and he etold me they are way out of the park on pricing and get the vehicle to coastal for 2nd opinion.I am glad I did the price was way cheaper it was free still under warranty I even did my brakes and service check there and I still was under 1000.00.Thanks Butch and the entire Coastal Guys. She showed a genuine interest in Nissan's products and conveyed that enthusiasm and positivity the entire time. She knew a lot about the car and quickly addressed any issues (luckily, only minor cosmetic issues) that we noticed. I went to several other dealerships before going to Coastal Nissan and did not feel the same level of comfort and ease as I did at Nissan with Maddy. In the end, she got me an awesome deal with a car I didn't think I could afford. I would highly recommend Coastal Nissan and would look for Maddy if you are interested in purchasing a Nissan and want a great experience. More
I leased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. This was my first foray into leasing a vehicle. The service I received from the staff at Coastal Nissan was second to none. Mike Graney was excellent to work with. Trying to get warranty service for my daughters 2009 Murano has been impossible. She has been trying to get this resolved since last summer!The VDC light came on a few weeks after she purchased the used Murano has been impossible. She has been trying to get this resolved since last summer!The VDC light came on a few weeks after she purchased the used vehicle which was in July 2012.She brought the car in and she was told it was a part they had to order and it would be replaced at no charge because the car was under warranty. After several weeks she called them to see if the part had come in and she was told it was there. She brought the car in to have the part replaced but after a day without the car, she was told it was the wrong part and she needed a ABS actuator which would be covered under her warranty. They said they would order it and call her when it came in. She has called back many times and recently Jim told her that the part was there but now she has to speak to George regarding it being a covered service. She was told to call today, Thursday, because George would be there. She called and he was out sick. I left a message on the service manager, Matt Kittredges' voice mail today and he has not returned my call. More
