While fully intending to purchase a new GM vehicle, I decided to stop by Coastal Nissan in Cohasset only because of the reputation & loyal following of Lance Ward. Additionally, my wife owns a Nissan & she always received excellent service from Coastal & raved about their friendly, professional staff. After a brief 30 minute meeting with Lance in Cohasset & a 10 minute test drive of a new 2018 Nissan Maxima, I decided that Lance was the only car representative I wanted to do business with due to not only his very personable approach to car buying but also his professionalism & knowledge. As I discovered, the car buying experience with Lance was completely different - no hard sell only a genuine desire to ensure that the buyer would be happy with the vehicle they were considering buying. Additionally, the trade-in value I received from Lance was as good as what I was offered by the GM dealership that I had purchased several prior vehicles.
