Fantastic and assuring experience! Car shopping has always been taxing, but working with Lance Ward and the team at Coastal Nissan truly changed that experience for my family. My husband, our 7 year old son and I visited the dealer on two occasions before deciding on a purchase. During each visit Lance spent numerous hours with us going over options on the different vehicles we were interested in, as well as pricing/financing options available to us. There was zero pressure, 100% transparency in the process and price, and none of that typical old school car salesmen foolishness. The gentleman who worked on the financing part for the deal for us was super-efficient, friendly and thoughtful and got us a great rate with a local bank. I’m confident I got an excellent deal on my new car and the fabulous service we received throughout the process was just the icing on the cake. Sub par Long story short, there's no point in negotiating here because somewhere in small writing it says the deal you make with a sales rep is dependent on c Long story short, there's no point in negotiating here because somewhere in small writing it says the deal you make with a sales rep is dependent on credit checks, which are normally done before any sort of negotiations but not here. So they will agree to what ever you want and then send you to the financial room where none of what you just talked about for an hour or so matters. My credit is good but they didn't even come close to what I was qualified for at USAA for an auto loan. After all that got sorted out and waiting over a week for them to replace the windshield I got to the dmv at the time the runner said she would be there and she was over an hour late. The van wasn't detailed at all, dust in all the cubbies and inside the center console, mold from maybe a spilled drink under the sliding console top, gunk on the bottom of the steering wheel and so on. Also it was a huge pain to get them to refund the deposit back to a credit card. Definitely would never do business with them again. More

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER Contacted Coastal Nissan's service department to check over a used car prior to being purchased from an outside dealer. They told me the price was $12 Contacted Coastal Nissan's service department to check over a used car prior to being purchased from an outside dealer. They told me the price was $129 for this service. After being overcharged for the service at $141.34 - was told the extra $11.61 was for "shop supplies", they gave the truck a rating of "excellent condition". Two days later I went for an inspection sticker and it Failed for a SAFETY CONCERN. I called the dealership three times and left messages for the GM as the service manager was out. Steve Delaney was not willing to refund the $141.34 and instead asked for me to bring the truck in yet again to be "rechecked". Not good enough for me. ****************WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE OR SALES AND THE GM IS RUDE AND INDIGNANT************** THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! More
