We are disappointed to see your review and feel you’ve mischaracterized the interaction. As has been widely reported, the supply of new vehicles is extremely limited. Coastal has committed to not charging over MSRP, and with fewer transaction possibilities, we need to capitalize on profit opportunities to keep our staff employed. We require electronic funding with one of our lenders so that the vehicle can be paid in full at the time of sale. We don’t “hold “ vehicles while we are waiting for customers to go to their bank to get their funds squared away due to the shortage of vehicles available. We also make it clear that there is no pre-payment penalty if they choose to pay the loan off early or re-finance with their lender of choice. We do make them aware that the bank pays us a loan origination fee and that every profit opportunity is important to our business. We are committed to transparent transactions and to customer satisfaction. Coastal is one of very few dealers maintaining MSRP pricing during these market conditions and we value each client. Our policy is designed to provide the best pricing for our customers at minimal inconvenience and allow for us to preserve our organization.

Hi - We are disappointed to see your review. The Armada is a large and heavy vehicle, which results in higher levels of wear and tear on maintenance items like tires. Tires can be rotated to extend the useful life but factors like alignment can expedite wear. We can't speak to the information you are receiving from a garage or a competitor selling tires but there is no way for Coastal to falsify a computerized alignment report. We offered to replace the tires and perform the labor at our cost as a goodwill gesture but we stand by our service and diagnosis. We welcome the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

This dealer will do anything to keep from reimbursing me for my sticker. Imagine bringing your car in for service at this dealer and trusting them to install parts that you were being billed for. In my experience trying to get my $35 sticker paid for, there is no way that this dealer could be trusted in any financial dealing, whatsoever. These details of my situation don't seem to matter to them one bit! This should tell you all you need to know about Coastal's integrity. Stay away!
