Dishonest, liars who voided my powertrain warranty, then blamed corporate. Tim Root and George Sullivan lied, and not only charged $600 to tell me about the issue I already knew but the quoted me $13,500 f blamed corporate. Getting it repaired at a reputable repair shop for half the price of their used estimate. Going through the Better Business Bureau Auto-line.
