Had to bring car in twice to be cleaned. Car still smells. Three phone calls and 2 emails later and no one has gotten back to me. Have tried several things to get rid of smell. This is the 2nd Nissan Rogue that I have purchased at Coastal Nissan. I was hesitant to even look for a new vehicle given the shortage of inventory throughout the automobile industry, but they had exact Coastal Nissan. I was hesitant to even look for a new vehicle given the shortage of inventory throughout the automobile industry, but they had exactly what I was looking for on the lot. I will say that this experience repeated my previous experience, no pressure, very helpful, and friendly.
