I recently had a problem and when it was presented to Tim the service manager he did everything he could to correct the issue to my absolute satisfaction…… a few days later I had another issue (not cause Tim the service manager he did everything he could to correct the issue to my absolute satisfaction…… a few days later I had another issue (not caused by Coastal) but once again Tim and his team took great care of me…..I don’t normally answer these reviews but this was exceptional! It was refreshing to share that I only needed/wanted to have my oil changed at the service appt. My tires had been rotated a few months ago with a new tire purchase & was not necessary.
