The service department was great. This was my first time using them and the service rep Dave was awesome. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand. We bought our 2nd car thru Coastal in 9/24. Loved Matt Kaszanek, our client advisor. Informative and no pressure. Felt the pick up was disorganized and was not overly pleased with “Tommy Loved Matt Kaszanek, our client advisor. Informative and no pressure. We would have gone to get lunch if time was more realistic: Some of his registration comments which he repeated were unnecessary.
