I have owned my Nissan Altima for 9 years. I have only taken it to Coastal Nissan for service. George has been my Service Advisor on many occasions. It's always a pleasure. I brought the car in for oil & filter change, tire rotation and Inspection sticker. A few recommendations were made during my visit and George quickly let me know what they were. He also kept me updated while the technician was working on my car. Had my daughter’s car in for work and ended up needing rear brakes. A week later she noticed a noice coming from the back when brakes were applied so I brought it back and they had the tech who had origi rear brakes. A week later she noticed a noice coming from the back when brakes were applied so I brought it back and they had the tech who had originally done the work take a road test with me where he confirmed the noise. They honored their service warranty and addressed the issue at no cost to me. George and Tim are always super friendly and we have had no issues with Coastal since we started bringing the car there years ago. I recommend Coastal Nissan for your service needs. More
