We waited a significant amount of time while our trades were being inspected before we could start talking numbers on our purchase. Then when I came back to pick up the car and go through paperwork and financing, I waited quite a while again before meeting with Lyndsay. This was all out of my salesperson's control. I think everyone was working hard and quite busy, but from a customer perspective, less waiting would be preferable. Again my face to face experience was excellent. More

The experience was exceptional as they serviced my new used car. They were taking care of a couple problems with the used car I purchased. They cut no corners. They provided a loaner while mine was being repaired. This was very valuable to me since I had just started a new job, I could not stay home and I drove to Burlington. I had been to another dealer looking for a car and the service and attention in sales and then service at Coastal Nissan were far superior to anything I experienced at the other dealer. The other dealer told me they couldn't find what I wanted and that I didn't really fit the profile, like that should make me change my mind and go for what they had, not what I wanted. As a middle aged woman, I found that a disconcerting statement and felt they didn't value my opinion or business as a woman by herself. More

I've purchased new cars before from various dealers around the south shore and the deals almost always became frustrating for one reason or another. Not at Coastal Nissan! We were immediately helped by a very good salesman, Nate Billings. We were out test driving our new car in a matter of minutes after having a brief interview with Nate to determine our needs. Nate was very good throughout the process with communications and most importantly,he let us choose the 'pace' of the deal. He was not insistent on selling the car immediately or pushing the deal on us.Closing of the deal couldn't have been easier either. It was smooth and pain free! All in all, I will be going back to Coastal to buy a new Maxima in the very near future. No other dealers will be getting my new car business or my service business! More
I saw a used '08 Nissan Frontier extended Cab online and liked it but when I got to Coastal it didn't feel my needs but while I was at Coastal I noticed a 2009 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab and realized that was liked it but when I got to Coastal it didn't feel my needs but while I was at Coastal I noticed a 2009 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab and realized that was the perfect truck for my family's needs. So, I asked Ben to take it for a test ride and it drove beautifully. The truck had every option I requested. So we sat down and negitiated a price and we came to agreement on a in a matter of minutes. There were no tricks or haggling by the dealer. They knew I Was a straight shooter and I knew what I wanted to pay and that is what I received. I would definitely recommend Coastal Nissan and definitely ask for Ben Webber. he was very friendly, knowable and wasn't a typical car salesman creep. He wanted to sell me a truck that I wanted and didn't force me into buying something I didn't want or need. More

This place is the ideal example of a fantastic car dealership. My recent purchase of the 09 Maxima was a perfect experience. I purchased my 03 Maxima from them way back when they were tiny, and they grew into a large and beautiful new building in Hingham over the years. They jump to attention when taking care of you, their service department is ultra professional, and Mike the sales manager does whatever it takes to make it happen. I looked hard and couldn't find anything wrong with them. With the 09 Maxima purchase, I put them through a lot of crap changing the deal 3 times (!!!) with messed up trade-in arrangements and such... they did everything they could to accommodate my convoluted mess and they remained very positive (I would have wrung my neck by then) and I drove out of the lot with the best deal on the best Max on the lot within a day of finalizing the financing - awesome car! Nate was a very nice, low-key and non-pressuring sales guy and connected with me personally very quickly. Shawn in finance flew through the pile of paper and clearly went over all my options and nailed everything down solid. Overall I can't say enough about this dealership, how it is run, and how clean it is both on the outside cosmetically and on the inside operationally. Great job guys!!! More
I "cold called" Coastal after having the worst experience ever with one of their competitors a bit north of Coastal. I spoke with Sean on the phone. He was great. I set up a time to come in and met with Jeff Morse (Sean told me he was not a salesman...apparently he's the "closer"). Jeff was great. I knew which car I wanted so it made everyone's life easier. The best thing about Jeff and Coastal is their relaxed atmosphere...no guys in "very cheap suits." They talked to me like I was a valued potential customer, not a "dumb broad" (as I was treated at that other place...which I also reviewed)! They put a good deal together for me and I was out of there FAST! They did not waste my time. Everyone at Coastal has been great. I'm very happy with my 2009 Rogue and Coastal. Highly recommended to all! More

Nate Billings was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeble about the vehicle-(Note NOT A PUSHY SALESMAN like we met at other dealerships and le Rogue. After phone conversations with Nate we returned 2 days later and purchased a new Rogue. Nate had the vehicle prepped and ready to pickup the following day.
