My family and I have purchased five Nissan's in the past couple of decades (the last two from Coastal) and the experience I had at this dealership was the best in terms of customer service, price, and selec couple of decades (the last two from Coastal) and the experience I had at this dealership was the best in terms of customer service, price, and selection. I sent this dealership an email and when I went in they would not honor the price they gave me online, and then it just went down hill from there. I've never been in a dealership that used such pressure to would not honor the price they gave me online, and then it just went down hill from there. I've never been in a dealership that used such pressure to try and get you to buy. I ended up buying a Altima at Quirk who is suppose to be the place with the high pressure tactics but it wasn't that bad. They gave me a good deal on the car and I got a remote starter, extended warranty and the 5 year wax simonize? Plus they helped me finance the car for 6 years-I would say Norwell-Coastal Nissan is not a good place to go which is to bad because I live in Scituate and it would be closer to me. More

Great dealership! Great Service! The thought of going to buy a car use to always make cringe. After buying a Nissan from Coastal Nissan I will definitely be back there for my next purchase and car servi to buy a car use to always make cringe. Since my purchase two family members and my neighbor have bought a Nissan from Coastal. They all had a similar experience as mine.
