My first surprise was when I clicked on a link for what I thought was another Nissan Dealer, the home page for Coastal Nissan appeared on my screen. This turned out to be "karma" as described by my wife, bec thought was another Nissan Dealer, the home page for Coastal Nissan appeared on my screen. This turned out to be "karma" as described by my wife, because I know that my experienced far exceeded anything that I would have had at the other dealer. I have bought many cars, including 5 Nissans, 2 of which were Maxima's. This dealership,a first for me, was by far the best one yet. The Sales Assistant, Ben Webber was the most knowledgable auto salesperson I have ever dealt with. Being a bit of a "car buff" with a technical background, I can tell you that Ben, unlike most automobile sales persons, knows his cars and his customers. From insisting on a test drive, to explaining the cars many features and even helping me with a Sirius/XM radio problem, Ben was right there with accurate information and a helpful, pleasant style. When it came time for to discuss pricing, there was no pressure, no "closer" in your face, just a fair price for an outstanding car. Could I have saved a few dollars at another dealer? Maybe, maybe not, but I would never trade a small saving for the hassle and the discomfort of a large volume dealer. As a matter of fact, Coastal's price was exactly my "target" price. I also have to mention that Mike Shea, the Sales Manager was equally low-key, competent and helpful. He saw his role as being there to answer any additional questions and to insure that you were getting exactly the car you wanted and would fit your needs. Bottom line? I am waiting for the re-styled 2011 Pathfinder to be available and if it is a possibility for me, I will heading back to Coastal Nissan to check-it-out. I hope that both of these people will still be there for me. More

I had been searching for a used truck for over a year. He scheduled a test drive appointment for 01/27/10 @ 11:30 am. Coastal was the only Nissan dealership that responded to my email. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff. We were introduced to Ihsane Areski and started working with him from the get go. He was extremely professional, non-pushy and personable. My parents and I were very reluctant at first to deal with a car salesman, however Ihsane made it very pleasurable. We purchased the car after 2 hours of working the numbers down to where we were comfortable and Ihsane was very helpful and sincere. We hope that going forward Coastal is very successful both to their customers as well as their employees. Ihsane was fantastic! He is very knowlegable about the cars that he sells! I had a very good shopping experience with Coastal Nissan. My sales rep was Tom Dipesa who was great to work with. At first I was interested in leasing a new vehiclye and Tom discussed all availab Nissan. My sales rep was Tom Dipesa who was great to work with. At first I was interested in leasing a new vehiclye and Tom discussed all available options with me (this was very helpful since I had no experience with leasing.) During the test drives, he was able to explain the features of the car in detail using basic terminology. There was no pressure from him to lease or purchase a car on that first day which was refreshing. Many of the other dealers that I went to were very pushy and ended up wasting too much of my time during that initial visit. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, Tom handled all of the paperwork and instructed me on what I needed to do in order to have the keys in my hand within 2 business days. Although my interaction with Sean Callas was limited, he was also helpful in making my final decision easier. We have a mutual friend, and I felt comfortable knowing that he would not try to mislead me in any way. He had driven the car in the past and informed me that it was a reliable vehicle. All in all, I would recommend Coastal Nissan, in particular Tom and Sean, to my friends and family. Thank you! More
I had been in the market for a pre-owned Murano for a few months and had been on every local website checking their inventories on a weekly basis. Over this time it became obvious that the quality of used cars was not the same at every dealer; Coastal Nissan's cars appeared to be cleaner, more complete, and had overall better mileage. When it came time for me to go to the dealer to purchase, I filled out the online appointment setter for a test drive and was contacted within a short period of time by the internet contact person who then put me in contact with a salesperson. Upon arrival however, the saleperson I was given was not available so I was directed to Nate Billings. He was great in that one of my requests from the internet was to not be given to a salesperson who was going to "sell" me the car; I already did all the research and knew it was what I wanted. Nate was very patient, friendly, and respectful throughout the process and was helpful in identifying which Murano was a fit for me. I love my Murano and am so happy to have met such pleasant people at Coastal Nissan. Thanks Nate! More
Prior to visiting Coastal Nissan I had been to a number of dealerships and had test driven a variety of types of vehicles. I wasn't sure what type of car I wanted and if I wanted to buy or lease. I was a bit frustrated with the process because at the other dealerships I felt pressured and uninformed. The salespeople seemed only interested in making a deal. When I entered Coastal, I met Nate Billings. He listened to me as I discussed what vehicles I had been looking at and what I was looking for in a car. He suggested a car and I decided to test drive it. There wasn't one available on the lot so Nate made arrangements to have one there the next day. I test drove it and knew it was what I was looking for. Nate took a lot of time with me answering my questions regarding lease vs. buy - and I made a decision. The exact car I wanted wasn't available so Nate made arrangements to search inventories until they found what I wanted and had it delivered to Coastal. The day I picked up my new car, Nate spent a lot of time with me going over the manual and he sat in the car with me going over all the options and locations of the different functions. Nate made my new car purchase a very positive and exciting experience....I would highly recommend you visit Nate Billings if you're in the position of buying a Nissan. Good job Nate!!!! More

Picked up a new Pathfinder on 1/15/2010. Sales staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgable and reasonable. No high pressure tactics. Price was fair and better than I expected.
