We bought our 2nd car thru Coastal in 9/24. Loved Matt Kaszanek, our client advisor. Informative and no pressure. The staff at Coastal Nissan are A-plus! I went in knowing I wanted a Rogue, Riece met me (and my brother, who used to be a car salesman) at the door, he was friendly and very easy to talk t I went in knowing I wanted a Rogue, Riece met me (and my brother, who used to be a car salesman) at the door, he was friendly and very easy to talk to. Next came Henry, he signed me in and explained the next steps. I had seen a car on the website that had just came into inventory and Steve was nice enough to go over to service and let me take it for a ride. Riece jumped in the backseat and explained some of the features that I was not aware of. We took a ride and I knew that this was the car I had to have. We drove back to the dealership Riece and Steve explained that because the car was new to inventory they had not yet received the title for the the vehicle they could not actually do the financing until they received it. They did however get me a pre-approval, I put a little money down (totally refundable if I changed my mind) so that no one else would take “my” car. It took a week for the title to come in and Henry texted and let me know I was good to go! Went into Coastal to finish signing the finance papers and Ron was very helpful and made the process super easy. Riece then contacted my insurance company to make sure that they had the proper paperwork, texted me that everything was all set and I could come get my new vehicle! Got to the dealership just as the service guys finished given her an oil change and shine! I am very happy with Coastal, I had gone to Sullivan Nissan in Kingston and the manager there was a complete Jerk! I will recommend Coastal Nissan and Riece to anyone looking for a straightforward salesman and staff members that aren’t going to lie and treat you like a number. More
