Reason being that I traded in my Rogue and almost up to 3-4 months I had a collection Agency saying I hadn't made payments on my Rogue. I had already turned in my Rogue and Coastal told me I didn't have any fees to pay. They had already sold my car and the accounting department at Coastal didn't turn to Nissan corp that the car was sold and iNissan was still calling me saying I owed all this money. I went to Coastal Nissan accounting dept. and they told me I didn't owe anything. I know this is not the type of information you wanted and this is not the service department's issue, it's accounting. I think I should get some type of free service . Thank you More

I have only lived here for 7 months and use your dealership exclusively. Many thousands of dollars spent. How about dealer, other shops, etc. discounts once in awhile. Best service shop around... There isn't a better shop in the low country... I've been to everyone in charleston and I came here to buy my truck and now to get it serviced. This shop is amazing the people that work on the vehicles are actually intellegent and polite and so are the service managers... They took my truck in a few weeks ago on an emergency service when my grandmother passed away with no hesitation and made me there first priority and I really appreciate it...
