First they were fair with us when we purchased the 2009, and were again this time. Second, Geoff Miller, and Mike Walsh, were outstanding with helping us service our vehicle over a 6 year period. The first Rogue was such a great product that we never needed more than regular service, and tires. It had almost 100,000 miles when we traded it. Our sales person on the 2016, DiDi Critchlow, was knowledgeable, helpful beyond belief, and just got the job done quickly, and efficiently. Ben Dameron, introduced himself, and stayed with our purchase process. It appears that he runs a tight ship!
