Not an happy experience! I came in to get my 19 point check. I was told that I needed my fluid changed. $ 112.00 later... Then I was told I would need new back brakes. I bough I came in to get my 19 point check. I was told that I needed my fluid changed. $ 112.00 later... Then I was told I would need new back brakes. I bought this car 2016. Since day one I have had problems. My car was taking 3 times to start, which I told them in the past. My brakes have been squealing since day one and was told that just comes with this brand of car and now I need brakes?! I'm not stupid! First I was told I would need it next 19 point check and then it turned into maybe not for 3 times later. Why should I pay for new brakes when I've had problems since day one? Then they charged me for a new battery for key holder. I was here for 2 1/2 hours and was told I would be out of there in time to make my Dr. appointment. When I went to leave the device that opens doors wouldn't work, needless to say, was half an hour late to appointment. Now, I have to go back to get it reprogrammed and will be given a loaner car. I live in Murrells Inlet. From day one problems with this car. I really wonder if somebody owned it before and mileage was turned back. From car not being detailed like was promised, to dead batteries, squealing brakes, device not working, what's next? Wish I had never bought this car. My 1997 Toyota Corolla was in better shape then this car when purchased.. Sad. More
