Call center concerns Local staff was great, Mike Walsh...however, part needed was not pre-ordered so now I must make 1 hour trip back to dealer when part is available. Went above and beyond My situation required communication with an extended warranty company. At first the company was not helpful and refused to cover the replacement part My situation required communication with an extended warranty company. At first the company was not helpful and refused to cover the replacement part but with Mike Walsh's persistence and help, all got resolved and parts were paid for and replaced on my wheels plus he assisted in speedily getting 4 new tires for my car! Fairly fast and overall courteous. I find getting oil changes to be fairly painless. Lol. Fairly fast. Drinks and snacks available.. Very comfortable atmosphere..
