I sincerely apologize that you were left with a negative impression of our service. It was my understanding that all of your concerns were resolved when you and I talked at length, prior to you authorizing us to repair your vehicle. Unfortunately you did not initially have us diagnose the “low brake pedal” problem. You only came to us for an oil change. While doing our complimentary multi-point inspection, we noted that your front and rear brake pads measured low and needed to be replaced. Despite our recommendation, you went to another shop to have your brakes done. After the other shop did your brakes, you returned to us to have us diagnose the “low brake pedal” problem. At the time of write-up, we were discussing that a brake flush may be needed first because we were not sure exactly what the other shop had done. We did find that the brake pads were installed incorrectly by them. We corrected this concern *without any charge.* You were only charged for one repair, the ABS actuator, which properly fixed your car. Because the required part was expensive and we value your business, we discounted it almost $300 right from the beginning. In conclusion, we only charged you for the one repair that fixed your car, we kept you informed regarding the status of your vehicle, and we treated you cordially and fairly.
