JOB WELL DONE I had made an appointment for 8:30am and arrived at the service entrance a little early. On arrival. I was greeted, by name, by service advisor Mike I had made an appointment for 8:30am and arrived at the service entrance a little early. On arrival. I was greeted, by name, by service advisor Mike Walsh. We discussed scheduled maintenance and a recall notice re:passenger airbag; I left the car, and went to breakfast. When I called Mike @ approx 9:15, he asked me to give him another 1/2 hour. Arriving back at the dealership, the car was finished, and clean. Mike submitted the paperwork to the cashier, and I was out of there. Mike also advised that re: the airbag, they didn't have the necessary part, but when it did come in, he would call and schedule an appointment at my convenience, to complete the repair.
