The majority of the time my problems were a simple fix Geoff or Mike could take without having to take car to the service area. When the scheduled service was done they have always been there and explained what service was done and kept me informed of recalls (when there was one, before Nissan notified me). My wife initiated contact via email, and Shawn followed up immediately. We had searched for similar cars, and Shawn was able to give us the best price. He was friendly and courteous but not at all pushy like I'm used to when purchasing a vehicle. I was able to get a fair price without spending days going back and forth. When I arrived, Shawn had all the vehicle history ready for me and had already talked with his sales manager to get us a great price. The finance process was a breeze as well thanks to Ben Dameron. My daughter loves the car and my wife and I both agree our next vehicle will be from Coastal as well. If you live anywhere in Horry or Georgetown County, it's worth the drive to Pawleys Island to visit these folks. Almost forgot to mention that they offer 3 years free oil changes and tire rotation with used vehicle purchase as well. Thanks Shawn! More
