Diagnosed problem, have parts ordered and will schedule repair ASAP. While in for A/c Mike noticed car was due for oil change--he went ahead and had that done as well. Unexpected professioalism I "dropped" in to your dealership to arrange a service date to change a cabin filter. I was quickly met by Mr. Miller in the customer service bay. He surprised me with a " we can do that right now" if you can wait a few. Unusually, I could. It was a short period later when Mr. Miller returned to inform me my vehicle required 3 "recall" notices to be informed, unfortunately all the parts required were notin stock and 1 of those notices was serious enough to require the car be left at the dealership. Enter Mr. Walsh to arrange a loaner vehicle, which as a traveling sales professional, meant a lot to me. Five days later p/u of my car was arranged as scheduled. WOW, unexpected professionalism. Best Service Department - Mike I was on a beach vacation in Pawleys Island SC and on the way there we broke a shock on our 2014 Nissan. I took it over to Coastal and spoke to Mike. I was on a beach vacation in Pawleys Island SC and on the way there we broke a shock on our 2014 Nissan. I took it over to Coastal and spoke to Mike. He was great. They took be back to the house and called later to let me know what was wrong. Mike told me they could not get the part until Monday. He also told me that we were leaking oil because the last dealer to do the oil change did not get the plug in correctly. I told him to go ahead and fix it and Mike ask if I wanted to come back to the dealer and pick up a loaner vehicle. This was a surprise and most loaners that I have gotten were not worth driving. He loaned us a brand new Nissan and said we could not be stranded at the beach on vacation. He was very pleasant and the vehicle was ready on Monday just as he said it would be. I would recommend this dealer anytime and if I am ever in the area I might stop over for a service call. More
