Coastal Nissan

Coastal Nissan is kind to new customer I moved here to Pawleys Island from Long Island, NY in August. I am a long time Nissan customer for over 30 years. My Altima needed service before m I moved here to Pawleys Island from Long Island, NY in August. I am a long time Nissan customer for over 30 years. My Altima needed service before my trip to Baltimore, MD to see my sons for Thanksgiving. I called the service number on Saturday, not realizing that service was closed on Saturday. The operator advised me to call on Monday at 7:30am to see if they could "squeeze me in" since the computer schedule he saw had no openings on Monday. I planned to drive to Md early Tuesday morning and figured that I would not be able to get an appointment but my husband drove to Coastal at 8 am on Monday and they agreed to do an oil change and check my tires, since I had a message on the dash that I had low tire pressure (I did add air on Saturday and the alert deleted but I was concerned that I might have a slow leak). Mike was wonderful and took the car in and promised to check it out and change the oil. I got a call at 11am telling me that the car was in and would be ready by noon. I was so relieved that I could make my 8 hour drive to Baltimore confident that we would be safe. Both my husband and I will be looking to purchase new vehicles in the next two years and will be sure to shop at Coastal Nissan. More
