Came in for an oil change and drove out with a new car! I came in to have my oil changed and test drive the Altima. I loved my Versa Note for around town but wanted something bigger for highway driving but I came in to have my oil changed and test drive the Altima. I loved my Versa Note for around town but wanted something bigger for highway driving but still had good gas mileage... The Altima was the answer! My lease was not quite up but Matt and Ben worked with us and made the deal work. It was a very pleasant yet professional experience... As always EVERYONE is great to work with! ? More

Enjoyed new coffee machine, especially ability to blend varieties. It will be perfect when the machine lets you blend the hot cocoa with the coffee. Was disappointed that there was no car wash, but that must have been an old service. More

Profesional, Personal and a pleasure to deal with My wife and I have been shopping for a new vehicle for about a week. We went from one dealer to the next test driving our options. We were trading in My wife and I have been shopping for a new vehicle for about a week. We went from one dealer to the next test driving our options. We were trading in our 2016 Colorado for something with more inside space. We started with the Equinox too utility, then the Envision which we liked but did not like that it was not made in the USA. That dealer, lets not say (HW), showed the Envision but one of the lower models and one that was not white. We wanted one of the Premium models in White. We were working on pricing with the salesman and all was going well. We were turned over to the sales manager who did not want to work with us on the price. We felt that the Envision was overpriced for what it was. The manager ended up trying to push us toward the other car. He then stomped off like a spoiled little rich kid. Just the opposite happened at Coastal. Found us the right car, made sure we loved it, treated us with respect and made us feel like they cared about "us". Great work! We love our new 2016 White Murano Platinum!! More

We are met with a welcome, by informed personnel, from the moment we step out of the car! We are updated on the progress, throughout the visit. Any of our concerns are addressed, and we are treated as though getting it right is the most important work of the day. We receive thorough explanations, and decent pricing. When the work is complete, we are asked if there is anything else that can be done to make our visit a great experience, and a staff person walks us out, and tells us that they look forward to serving us again. Jeff took two ladies and made it foolproof for us. We voiced our needs and desires and he translated that into a very positive experience. He kept in constant contact with emails that had pertinent information and pictures of the cars. He personally double checked our choices and gave his honest opinions. We did not have to go on guess work. Our family keeps going back to Coastal Nissan for cars because what more could you possibly ask for making an important decision?
