I ussually drop of my vehicle in the morning before going into work, and Mike always arranges shuttle service for me to drop me off to work. He always notifies me when the service is completed and when the vehicle is ready to pick up. More

Should an oil change and tire rotation take half a day? After my last disappointing appointment I didn't go back for a while but thought I would give them a second chance. I wil not return unless I am desperate. After a complaint to dealership manager and sales manager I was not charged for the latest visit. More

(Can't stand it when you know a service writer or the whole center is designed to find out everything possible and, if that fails, make up things just to pad the bill. I will drop a auto service center like that in a heart beat.) This Nissan dealership, so far, instills a lot of confidence. Geoff, the department manager, is an amazing leader. Shows his experience and training. (Leadership flows from the top down and out. Geoff sets the professional tone.) Mike, like Geoff, truly listens, takes in information patiently, zeroes in on the problem and works well with the service tech. And my service tech, Dave Rummery, was super. Highly skilled. Extremely well spoken, thoughtful and helpful. In other words this dealership service center is a REAL team. Doesn't get any better than this. They walk the professional talk. They function above normal expectations and are way superior to so many other places you could have your vehicle serviced. Only reason for not commenting on the cost is that this was all covered under new car warranty. More
