Friendly staff I scheduled my first oil change since purchasing my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Very friendly staff as well as a very nice waiting area complete with Starbuck I scheduled my first oil change since purchasing my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Very friendly staff as well as a very nice waiting area complete with Starbucks coffee. I just have one problem and while it doesn't seem very important to some it is a major concern to me. When I purchased my vehicle, I was told by my salesman as well as the Internet sales guy that my car would be cleaned to the condition "as if I just bought it" every time I brought it in to be serviced. This was not the case. As a matter of fact, this was far from the case. I was given a 'paper "token" and told to go down the street to a older looking car wash. My husband and I were very cautious about this place just from first appearances. We placed our token in the slot like we were told and it took it. After waiting a few minutes for the green light to come on, we realized this thing isn't working. I called back to the dealership just so I could let them know not to send anybody else down there. I spoke to the same service manager but now it seemed almost like I was bothering him and informed me there a number on the car wash that may be able able to help me. I called but after waiting about 15 minutes and noone responding I left and spent $20 on what we thought was a "FREE CAR WASH" Monday morning while at my job I received a text from the car wash giving me a code to override the wash. Mine you I live about 2 hours away so I don't think I will be using that code. I said all that to say I'm sure it's minor to some people but to me this was a perk in my decision for me buying my vehicle and I wish the staff would have cared if it was clean or if I was satisfied with this part of the process or not. More
