I've bought many many cars from this dealership and highly recommend! One bad experience with service, I spoke up and they repaired the car as I wanted. Quick turnaround on 10,000 mile service I placed my appointment on the wrong day on my calendar so arrived without an appointment but Geoff was able to work me in while I waited in the comf I placed my appointment on the wrong day on my calendar so arrived without an appointment but Geoff was able to work me in while I waited in the comfortable customer lounge area. I appreciated that. One thing that is less pleasing is that Coastal Nissan now gives customers a code number for a self-serve car wash on Ocean Highway. It was okay but not as convenient as having the dealership wash the car. More

Engine stalling when starting from stop. I have a 2015 Nissan Murano that has been stalling when accelerating from a stop since before it reached 20,000 miles. I asked Mike about it and he in I have a 2015 Nissan Murano that has been stalling when accelerating from a stop since before it reached 20,000 miles. I asked Mike about it and he indicated when I brought the vehicle in for the next service (25,000 mile) they would check the codes on the inboard computer, which did not have any codes shown, so no repair. The stalling has continued and has gotten more regular (at least with me). At other service trips I believe I had mentioned to Mike that the problem was still there and he indicated they could not find a code for a fault on the vehicle and when it happened, I needed to bring them the vehicle. We do a fair amount of travel and while on a trip it occurred while I was entering a highway from a stop sign from a side road, the vehicle rolled out into the traffic lanes and would not accelerate, I mashed the accelerator further with no response, after approx. 3-5 seconds vehicle did finally accelerate. Oncoming traffic had to almost completely stop before my vehicle accelerated and I could get out of their way. This problem as it stands, is putting me and anybody in the vehicle with me in danger of being involved in a wreck and possibly hurt or killed. Nissan needs to find out what the solution is to this problem, QUICKLY! More
