Hi Eddie, we hate to hear that you had less than a 5-star experience with our Coastal Nissan team. When you called on Thursday we tried to give you the best estimate on your trade but asked for you to come in with the vehicle and VIN # so we could give you an accurate number. That way we could be able to get you in the vehicle you wanted, stock #9441 a Nissan Maxima SL. When you were able to come on Friday evening we did see that there was a previous accident on your trade but we decided to honor what we spoke about during our conversation on Thursday. At that time you wanted to purchase another vehicle stock #9414 a Nissan Maxima SV which had a higher purchase price. Unfortunately, we could not come to an agreement on a purchase price on that vehicle that would be comparable to the first one you were interested in while honoring your trade price. Our management staff wants to ensure that all of our customers have a clear, concise, and transparent experience. If you felt you had anything less than that experience we would like to apologize and would be happy to go over this with you at any time. Hi Sherrelle, We are sorry that you had such a negative experience at our dealership. After purchasing the used vehicle for your son and the check engine light came on we did take it back to have it fixed via a Ford specialist. After which, you then brought it back to show an issue with a water stain on the headliner. We then water tested the roof, showing no leaks, and called around to find the best pricing ($75) for you to get the stain cleaned.
