The number to call to set up an appointment sends you to a person who either doesn't know how to interact with people or doesn't understand the service appointment system. She could not find any record I had EVER brought the car in for service (I have been there about 5 times in two years), nor could she call up a record of a service one week earlier. So she could not see if my parts (for a recall, and no parts for it?!?) had arrived after the previous service was not successful for the recalls. OK, I like the guys at the service desk, they are competent and friendly. But I didn't get a call that my car was done and so after waiting I tried to call and see if it was done, again the receptionist on the phone didn't know and couldn't get me to a phone that answered. So I took a chance and caught a ride to the dealer, fortunately the car was done. I have had long time excellent service elsewhere for other cars, this doesn't match. I like the Kia Niro I own, and believe that dealer service is the way to go during warranty period, but there is only one Kia dealer in town. And so I will return. More

Sam, at the desk is always helpful, and will also call if he sees specials on service coming up that I might be interested. .The shuttle service...Bob...is great, as I drive from Bolivia, and I wait for the car to be done, so so Bob drops me off and picks me up so I can shop while my car is serviced. Very pleasant experience every time, and the service to the car is always tops...they seem to care about getting it right. More
