Great service at Coastal Kia I have never been disappointed at Coastal Kia. Bob is great and so is Sam. The dealership is great. My only complaint; I was notified by email from KIA that my GPS was needing an update. I have been living in Compass Pointe since 2011 and bought my Kia Sorrento in 2015. At that time the GPS showed me in no man's land 2017 the I-140 has been completed. I was hoping that the 2019 update would finally have the roads around me on it. Alas, We are still in no man's land. This is not the fault of the dealership but the corporate office. More

The mechanic took me on a drive to see if my sorento was messed up, and thankfully, I was just par The service department was very kind and attentive. The mechanic took me on a drive to see if my sorento was messed up, and thankfully, I was just paranoid about a noise and it was not! They were honest and did not try to up sell me on anything! They provided me a detailed report of what repairs or serviceable things they recommend to get fixed with PICTURES of the actual parts. This is awesome and above and beyond. The front desk service men are kind and understanding and did their best to get me in and out. Lastly the car wash is a total bonus! More

Great Job Again Guys!! Our driver side wheel well plastic hub came loose and was rubbing on the tire. It was making a terrible noise, we were afraid to drive it, my husband Our driver side wheel well plastic hub came loose and was rubbing on the tire. It was making a terrible noise, we were afraid to drive it, my husband tried to put some of the push buttons in to keep it place, well nothing was going to work except get it to Coastal Kia and let them repair it!! When we took it in there was a rock in our ball bearings also. So they fixed that, replaced the wheel well and we were out of there on our way back home!! It was just that simple!! :) More
