Recall Work They did what they were supposed to do in regards to recall work and included a free car wash which was nice. People were fine, nice enough. Favorite person by far was the older man driving the shuttle. I did not like how they tried to up charge me and sell multiple services that were just not needed. The prices were so inflated it was laughable. I would only go back for recall/manufactured required work. Not other service. More

Convenient, Professional, Fast, and thorough service I used the Kia on line appointment tool to schedule my maintenance service and I got reminders for confirmation. The team makes the process convenient I used the Kia on line appointment tool to schedule my maintenance service and I got reminders for confirmation. The team makes the process convenient from the time you drive up and hand over your keys until the time your car is ready. They offer you a ride, if one is needed; you get free coffee, water and snacks while waiting. They even had a drawing for a free TV. The entire staff is very professional and friendly in their service to me and other customers. It takes very little time to get checked-in with a worksheet of your desired maintenance checks. Explanations are given for any needed repairs such as in my case, new brake pads. I was not surprised, the team mentioned this was coming from my last visit, so it was time. Although I chose to wait on site, the entire process was done in under 2 hours and the time went by fast. No complaints here. They are thorough in talking line by line on the billing so I had a good understanding of what was charged. Again, it was reasonable and affordable. I got a free car wash and drove away a happy customer. More

First service for 2019 Sorento SXL 7k miles Moved to Wilmington area in 2016 and introduced my then 2014 Sorento SXL to the dealership for my new service dealership. I was very happy with the se Moved to Wilmington area in 2016 and introduced my then 2014 Sorento SXL to the dealership for my new service dealership. I was very happy with the service from the get go. Then in July 2018 while having the 60K mile service, the dealership was being taken over by a new owner so I walked into the showroom. In there was my exact Black SXL but a brand new 2019 version and it was love a first sight. I met the new owner Pat Koballa who explained his plans for the dealership and the new name Coastal, and I told him I was extremely happy with the past performance and looked forward to the new Coastal name and what he has in store for the dealership. That conversation changed to so IF I trade my 2014 in for this 2019, what's it going to cost me. The rest is history and I would not have done the trade if I felt the deal was not good for either of us and I dove that car out of the showroom and home that day. So my first service 6 months after purchase and 6 months into their deanship make over, I was even more happy then in the past. Pat Koballa and his sales and service teams are amazing and I am a very happy Coastal Kia customer! I rate the entire dealership A++ More

Love the Kia Service Dept. Sam is always so wonderful at keeping me updated on what is happening with my vehicle and if there is any recalls or additional services I may need!
