Best dealer experience ever. Bought an off lease 2015 Sorrento bout 18 months ago at a great price. Kudos to the service department ever since. After Hurricane Florence I saw my roof beginning to peel down to the primer. Brought it in and asked for repainting...The service department got permission for the body shop to repaint my entire roof. They even removed and replaced the windshield..What a surprise. Picked it up after a week, and the entire car was so clean, both inside and outside that it looked showroom new. What a terrific organization. Mr. Koballa shout be proud.. More

I can schedule my service visits online and receive a confirmation by email. I received reminder emails that my appointment was coming up and if needed I could cancel from that email. I got to my appointment 30 minutes early so I was waiting in my vehicle until my appointment time. However, Bob Tomlin walked out to me in the parking lot and got me signed in. I really appreciated the fact they they took me early. While I was in the waiting area with my Kindle,( I was expecting to be there a couple hours) Bob came over to tell me it was time to replace the engine filter and what the cost would be. I approved. I appreciated that there were no surprises when I got my bill. More
