Piece of molding was coming off of passenger window 1st class service from Bob as usual. Pulled up thinking I would have to order the part and return another day to have it installed. Part was in stock 1st class service from Bob as usual. Pulled up thinking I would have to order the part and return another day to have it installed. Part was in stock. Bob had me out of there in less than 45.minutes on a Monday morning, without an appointment. This man always goes above and beyond for me. Thank you Bob!! More

took three hours to do oil change, inspection and plug tire Even though i made an appt and told it would take 1 1/2 hours to do service, it took three hours and never received a call that tire needed to be plug Even though i made an appt and told it would take 1 1/2 hours to do service, it took three hours and never received a call that tire needed to be plugged until I showed up to get car. Why did I make an appt? ProLube would have taken 30 minutes. Needless to say, I wasted an entire afternoon there when it should have taken much less time More

My only complaint; I was notified by email from KIA that my GPS was needing an update. I have been living in Compass Pointe since 2011 and bought my Kia Sorrento in 2015. At that time the GPS showed me in no man's land 2017 the I-140 has been completed. I was hoping that the 2019 update would finally have the roads around me on it. Alas, We are still in no man's land. This is not the fault of the dealership but the corporate office. More
