They’ve had a change in the way things are processed it seems. I had taken my car in for a recall issue as well as an oil change. Easy drop off and pick up. Door was opened for me every time I walked through. They noticed that my break pads needed changing and called as well as emailed my options. I was unable to call back but could decline or accept services through an email link. Everything was so convenient. They honored my coupon from Kia for a $9.95 oil change which was amazing. Just the easiest trip. More
